Design & Development
Our 30+ designers in Japan, Shanghai, and Italy create detailed technical drawings, 3D renderings, and material specifications. We select the optimal materials — from EVA and TPU midsoles to breathable mesh uppers and Vibram-grade outsoles — balancing performance, aesthetics, and cost.
Prototyping & Sampling
We produce physical prototypes for your review. You receive free samples (when MOQ is met) to evaluate fit, comfort, materials, and finish. We iterate based on your feedback until every detail meets your standards.
Quality Testing
Every prototype undergoes rigorous testing including material strength, adhesion, flex resistance, abrasion, and comfort evaluation. We ensure compliance with international standards before mass production begins.
Mass Production
With your final approval, we begin production on our advanced manufacturing lines. Our 15,000m² factory and 300+ skilled workers deliver up to 150,000 pairs per month, maintaining consistent quality through in-line inspections.
Quality Control & Shipping
Final QC inspection covers every batch. We handle packaging (custom boxes, labels, hangtags) and coordinate logistics to your warehouse or Amazon FBA, ensuring on-time delivery worldwide.
